Formed in Milan in 1910 under the name Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica Automobili, the renowned Italian car maker has left an indelible mark on the history of automobiles. Changing name to Alfa Romeo in 1915, since then it is synonymous with technological development and elegance. The distinguishing feature of the Alfa trademark is the "Rosso Alfa" colour, famous since the 1920s.
The Registration Committee individually evaluates all applications for participation. The "first in - first out" rule applies, consistent with the quality of model registered for the tour. The events' stated objective is to have models that are as valuable and diversified as possible, with a preference for automobiles made up to 1970. The Registration Committee appreciates the sending of a digital photograph of the model for its evaluation.
For each event, the Committee judges and awards three drivers, according to the following criteria.
One prize: best automobile 1910-1950.
One prize: best automobile 1951-1970.
One prize: the best overall automobile among all the participants.
